Sometimes, the things we’re struggling with stem from issues within ourselves, learned behaviors from childhood and past relationships, and our own beliefs. We can work on some of these things together with you individually, or with your significant other(s) present:

- Sexual addiction
- Codependency
- Communication skills
- Family conflicts
- Self esteem
- Coming out
Please remember that coaching is not always the best option. I will refer you to a mental health professional if I am not qualified to address or help you deal with a deeper, more pressing issue.
